When Kira* walked through the doors of HopeStreet, she had suffered significant trauma and was on the brink of homelessness. Her life had been a series of challenges, and she was struggling to find stability. HopeStreet offered her a lifeline, and her journey since then has been nothing short of transformational.
Kira's story is one of resilience and hope. She had faced numerous hardships, including financial struggles and the immense responsibility of raising children with additional needs. The weight of her past traumas made daily tasks difficult, and she often found herself overwhelmed and without support.
