BaptistCare is seeking part time and casual Care Service Employees to join our Home Services Northern Sydney team. Our team provides assistance to our clients in; Hornsby, Ku-ring-gai, Ryde, Hunters Hill, Lane Cove, Willoughby, Manly, Warringah and Pittwater Local Government areas. The role includes tasks and activities that support the client’s independence to remain living in their own home, such as personal care, transport, shopping, domestic duties, providing respite for carers, and more.

What We Are Looking For
The successful applicant will possess the following:-
Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/HACC/Disability (or willingness to complete)
True empathy for the elderly and younger people with a disability and their carers
Experience with palliative care clients
Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, late afternoons and evenings
Current Drivers Licence and reliable CTP insured motor vehicle are essential.
