About The Role

BaptistCare is seeking part time and casual Care Service Employees to join our Home Services Western Sydney/Nepean team. The role includes tasks and activities that support the client’s independence to remain living in their own home, such as personal care, shopping, domestic duties and more. You will be providing care to our clients primarily living in the Hills, Nepean and Auburn areas.

What We Are Looking For

The successful applicant will possess the following:-

  • Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/HACC/Disability (or willingness to complete)
  • True empathy for the elderly and younger people with a disability and their carers
  • Current NSW drivers licence and a reliable, CTP insured motor vehicle is essential.
  • An ability to work a variety of shifts
