About the role
BaptistCare Residential Services Shalom Centre in Macquarie Park is seeking a full time Care Service Employees (Maintenance Support) to join the team. This role is responsible for ensuring general cleaning, stock and waste management is up to standards whilst assisting the Maintenance Supervisor.

We are looking for someone with, a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to take responsibility for the maintenance within our site – trade experience is desirable. You will have excellent communication skills, be customer orientated with a passion for delivery high quality work and possess excellent time management and coordination skills. You will also have the ability to work unsupervised. Both maintenance and trade experience in aged care and residential facilities is desirable.
