Our BaptistCare residential aged care facilities located in Macquarie Park are seeking a full time Cleaning Services Team Leader to join our friendly team. The role requires an experienced cleaner to lead and supervise a team of cleaners to ensure the highest standards of cleaning services are delivered.

What We Are Looking For
The successful applicant will possess the following:-
Certificate III in Cleaning Services or equivalent
Experience with online rostering systems
Cleaning Services experience with good knowledge of infection control, hygiene procedures, workplace safety and room auditing.
Possesses leadership and strong client services skills as well as advanced customer service skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team working towards a common goal
Ability to demonstrate tolerance, flexibility, empathy and patience
Exceptional time management skills and technology/computer skills
Current NSW drivers licence and a reliable, CTP insured motor vehicle is essential.
