About The Role

Our BaptistCare residential aged care facilities located in Macquarie Park are seeking a full time Cleaning Services Team Leader to join our friendly team. The role requires an experienced cleaner to lead and supervise a team of cleaners to ensure the highest standards of cleaning services are delivered.

What We Are Looking For

The successful applicant will possess the following:-

  • Certificate III in Cleaning Services or equivalent
  • Experience with online rostering systems
  • Cleaning Services experience with good knowledge of infection control, hygiene procedures, workplace safety and room auditing.
  • Possesses leadership and strong client services skills as well as advanced customer service skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team working towards a common goal
  • Ability to demonstrate tolerance, flexibility, empathy and patience
  • Exceptional time management skills and technology/computer skills
  • Current NSW drivers licence and a reliable, CTP insured motor vehicle is essential.
