We are seeking people to provide care and support for older Australians across NSW & ACT. Please join our emergency response care unit for aged care across various locations.

You will form part of a Care Reserve Team to provide fundamental support to our Care Teams who care for our residents during emergency response times, such as the Coronavirus (COVID-19), or seasonal flu.  Your safety is our first priority always and you will receive comprehensive training in infection control procedures and how to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).  You will be responsible for assisting residents with showering, toileting, feeding, bed-making, delivery of meals, light maintenance tasks such as  cleaning or simply being a friendly ear for our residents to talk to.  You will be supported by an organisation that values their employees and care for their safety and wellbeing.

About you

  • You have a NSW/ACT Driver's Licence and reliable motor vehicle
  • You will have provided care and support to a family member or loved one; or
  • You may have experience working in aged care and may be keen to progress your career
  • You are flexible to work a 7 day rotating roster where required – which could include nights and weekends on occasion
  • You're a born listener, you're genuinely curious to know and understand people.
  • You have a positive and caring nature
  • You are driven by the need to care and support for our most vulnerable
