Our BaptistCare Community Services Division is currently seeking a full time Fundraising Specialist to join the HopeStreet team based in Woolloomooloo.
The key responsibilities of this role include –
Fundraising – meet agreed goals and targets
Cultivate and build Corporate partnerships
Design and develop Program Marketing including plans, promotions and advertising
Communications – website, newsletters, social media, external communications
The role also involves developing, maintaining and building the profile and brand of HopeStreet in an inspiring, engaging and consistent manner with all our stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For
The successful applicant will possess the following:-
3-5 years’ experience in Fundraising
Experience in Marketing and Communications
A demonstrated capacity to build effective relationships with donors and stakeholders at all levels and across the organization
Knowledge of fundraising charity laws and fundraising strategies (essential) and knowledge of direct mail (desirable)
The ability to create a solicitation plan to maximise income from major donors
The capacity to meet agreed fundraising goals and targets
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel to other sites
