About The Role

BaptistCare HopeStreet is seeking a full time Manager to join the team in Woolloomooloo.  This role will provide strategic leadership and management oversight in the HopeStreet Operations, ensuring sustainable high quality service delivery and effective staff development, aligned to the RESPECT model. The role also involves mentoring and support to cluster managers, financial and risk management, stakeholder engagement and the identification of cluster growth opportunities

What We Are Looking For

The successful applicant will have:

  • Degree or higher in Human Services and/or management related fields
  • Demonstrated leadership in the NFP sector
  • Experience in managing and developing staff, administration tasks and specific needs-based programs
  • A passion for finding “common ground” with people with complex needs
  • Active involvement in Christian Church
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Staff development and training experience
  • High level of negotiation skills and ability to liaise with key stakeholders
  • Ability to lead, model and promote BaptistCare’s Purpose and Values
