About the role
Located in Symonston ACT, BaptistCare HopeStreet is seeking a full time Cluster Manager to join our team to manage programs across the geographical areas of Canberra, Goulburn and Wagga Wagga. This role provides leadership, development and client-centred clinical work that meets the needs of staff and clients and is consistent with BaptistCare’s Purpose and Values. The position will hold a small case load of women who have experienced Domestic and Family Violence so being female is a genuine requirement of the role.

The successful applicant will possess the relevant degree in relevant Human Services (e.g. Counselling, Social Work). You will also demonstrate experience in leading a team. You have experience and skills in clinical case work within an agency setting, with experience relating to diverse communities and diverse stakeholders, e.g. Government departments and other non-government organisations. Demonstrate experience working with individuals who are experiencing Domestic & Family Violence. You will be willing to undergo a police check and have a valid WWCC. You hold a current driver’s license.
