About The Role

The Housing Customer Relations Support position is a newly created role within the organisation’s Housing and Retirement Living Division, based in Norwest Business Park in Sydney’s North West. Our organisation is undergoing significant expansion of much needed affordable and community housing provision across NSW.  To support this exciting expansion we are seeking an proactive individual to support our implementation of 500 new community housing dwellings across NSW, working in close liaison with our Operational teams to ensure positive outcomes for tenants.

What We Are Looking For

The successful applicant will possess the following:-

  • Tertiary qualifications in business administration or equivalent and/or 3 years’ experience in a complex administrative role
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management, organisational and planning skills
  • Previous experience working in Housing or related discipline
  • Willingness to develop professionally with a goal of  career enhancement in Housing
  • The ability to work in harmony with Purpose and Values of BaptistCare
  • Ability to travel and work for short periods at various metro and regional sites.
