About the role

Our BaptistCare Learning and Development unit is currently seeking a Full time (12 month contract) Learning and Development Consultant, providing advice, design and delivery of soft skills, coaching and leadership development activities. Be part of a great team culture and learning environment in a growing organisation. This is a pivotal role and will have impact from day one. A key component of this role will be working with our team to support our business streams with high quality learning solutions that build internal capability, team performance and support high impact business outcomes.

About you

The successful applicant will have a Tertiary (bachelor) qualification plus a minimum of 3 years on the job application or 5 year’s equivalent experience in Adult Learning, Coaching and/or Education/Training. You will have significant experience in the design and development of soft skills and leadership programs and learning solutions, underpinned by strong needs analysis and relationship management experience. You have proven excellent facilitation skills with at least 2 years’ experience in delivering leadership development and/or soft skills programs in a range of contexts. Some travel within NSW & ACT including overnight stays is required.
