About the role
BaptistCare Residential Services George Forbes House located in Queanbeyan is seeking a full time Lifestyle Coordinator to join our vibrant team. The role involves developing, implementing and monitoring a Lifestyle program that optimises the quality of life for our residents. You will coordinate and manage events and group activities and lifestyle resources, build and develop volunteers, train and support staff in activities to ensure provision of optimum level of person centred service to all clients.

We are looking for someone with a Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or equivalent, you have a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to take responsibility. You will have excellent communication skills, be customer orientated with a passion for delivery high quality work and possess excellent time management and coordination skills. You will also have the ability to work unsupervised, lead a small team and liaise with external contractors. You have the ability to build, support and manage a strong volunteer network with a commitment to developing community networks and sourcing funds to improve the lives of our residents.
