About the role
Gracewood Retirement Village located in Kellyville is currently seeking applications from suitably qualified and skilled individuals for a part time Maintenance Assistant to join our vibrant Property Maintenance team. The role is responsible for providing quality property support and maintenance services to all clients and staff of The Gracewood Retirement Village.

The successful applicant will be available to work Tuesday-Friday with flexibility with working times (including 7am starts). You have previous property maintenance experience (carpentry background preferred). You demonstrate excellent communication (both verbal & written) and interpersonal skills with a high level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook). You have the ability to work unsupervised and independently and the capacity to take initiative and be innovative. You have demonstrated the ability to achieve goals within set time frames and within budget. You have sound knowledge and understanding of WHS principles.
