About The Role

Our Community Services division is seeking a (Female only) Community Services Manager to join our team in Macarthur area on a Full time basis. This position is required to provide local leadership and management oversight to the Domestic Violence Accommodation Support Program, ensuring sustainable high quality service delivery and effective staff development, along with mentoring and support of staff and volunteers, financial and risk management and stakeholder engagement

What We Are Looking For

The successful applicant will possess the following:-

  • Tertiary qualifications in counselling, social work, community/human services and/or demonstrated experience in community services or related discipline leadership/management
  • Demonstrated experience in 1:1 client case management, case work and/or counselling
  • Demonstrated experience (minimum 5 years’ experience) in working with families impacted by domestic and family violence
  • Demonstrated experience in management with minimum 3 years’ experience
  • Demonstrated experience working in community housing and accommodation programs
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • First Aid Certificate
