About the role
BaptistCare Support Services is currently seeking a full time Microsoft Platforms Engineer to join our team in Norwest. This role is responsible for developing and supporting the various user facing technologies in the Microsoft Platform including Intune, Windows 10, SCCM, Office 365, Active Directory / Group Policy, Citrix and software packaging. The Microsoft Platform engineer is also responsible for exploring emerging and innovative end user technologies and working with other engineers and customers to realise the identified benefits.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent industry experience of a minimum of 5 years and will have obtained industry certifications such as MCSE or similar. You will have 3-5 years’ experience supporting and implementing end user platforms in a large organisation alongside 3-5 years’ experience using technologies such as PowerShell scripting for operations automation. You have previous experience coordinating and engaging with external partners and demonstrated ability to adapt to new environments/systems in response to changing technologies. You value teamwork, work collaboratively and are committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
