Our Community Services Division is currently seeking a full time Operations Group Manager – North West to join our team, based in Newcastle. This unique role will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management oversight in the Operations Group, ensuring sustainable high quality service delivery and effective staff development. The role also involves mentoring and supporting site managers, financial and risk management, stakeholder engagement and the identification of growth opportunities aligned to the strategic plan.
