About the role
BaptistCare Residential Services, Mid Richmond Centre, located in the beautiful Richmond Valley at Coraki is currently seeking a Full time Residential Manager to manage its 49 bed facility. In this role you will provide the highest quality Aged Care Services that are consistent with BaptistCare’s values, so that BaptistCare Aged Care Services meet our residents’ needs and the quality of service is recognised as setting industry standards. You’ll lead staff and manage resources efficiently to ensure the highest quality of life for our residents.

About you
As an experienced Registered Nurse from either an Aged Care or Health Care setting with current APHRA registration, you’ll lead by example by framing your approach on your experience, skills and knowledge. Your demonstrated people management skills lead to your ability to achieve goals within set timeframes and within budget.
You’ll have an ability to foster a culture of best practice by providing leadership and support. You’ll have a high level of written and oral communication skills, and intermediate to advanced computer skills.
