BaptistCare Griffith is a proud provider of residential aged care and is seeking talented, experienced Managers to lead the clinical care team. You will be an experienced leader with the demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and have a quality and customer centric attitude. You will be able to manage complex care demands by applying your expert clinical knowledge, and well-developed observational and problem solving skills. You are a talented leader who leads by example, and who motivates and inspires team through relational leadership. Most of all, you are purpose-driven and believe that You Can make a difference to the lives of those around you.

You will work closely with the Residential Manager and leadership team. BaptistCare also have available opportunities to develop and extend your leadership qualities through various flexible leadership development programs.

What we are looking for

To join our talented team you must demonstrate and/ or hold:

  • Registered Nurse qualification with 5-8 years’ post-graduate experience;
  • Demonstrated experience working in the Aged Care Industry;
  • Demonstrated computer literacy and highly developed written and verbal skills;
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team in an aged care environment;
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of person-centred care;
  • Post-graduate qualifications in gerontology, dementia, palliative care, business or management would be highly regarded
