About The Role

BaptistCare’s People and Culture division is seeking a full time Volunteer Consultant to join our Support Services team based in Baulkham Hills. In this role you will be required to provide specialist volunteering knowledge and guidance that is aligned with business needs to; leadership, managers and coordinators across the organisation. You will be required to implement the volunteer strategy and work towards volunteering best-practice and excellence in volunteer engagement and consultation across the organisation.

What We Are Looking For

The successful applicant will possess the following:-

  • Diploma or Certificate IV Coordination of Volunteer Programs or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 experience in social service related area.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care or Social Services sectors.
  • Ability to engage with organisations to facilitate volunteer recruitment.
  • Volunteer program development, coordination or facilitation experience or experience working for a volunteer organisation/agency.
