About the role
BaptistCare Housing and Retirement Living located in Five Dock are seeking a part time Maintenance Supervisor to join our vibrant team. The role reports directly to the Housing Manager & involves supporting our teams to ensure the Housing site is managed efficiently, provides an excellent customer relation and positive outcome for tenants.
The Maintenance Supervisor position is a multi-tasked, rewarding role involving team management and growth as well as tenants and client engagement. This person must have computer literacy skills and be able to use different systems to process all relevant data. We seek a dynamic, energetic individual, who is keen to learn and grow with a career progression into the Maintenance Team Leader role. The successful candidate should be able to multitask at a moment’s notice, with the ability to time manage well, enjoy a high level of face to face customer interaction with tenants, service providers and contractors and have strength in managing teams successfully to meet our client’s needs. To self-manage when required and have good decision making capabilities is paramount.
