Services

Chaplaincy

Our BaptistCare Chaplains take the time to know individuals in the community and are there to be a listening ear and a voice of hope and encouragement for people of all cultures, faiths and backgrounds.

Home Services

Our community is your space to live independently while enjoying choice and flexibility on your terms. That means if you need help with a range of daily tasks you only need to ask. We’ll drop by to talk to you and find out how we can support you in your own home. From social support to personal care, domestic assistance to home maintenance, nursing care to medication assistance, we’re here to help. Or maybe you simply need some help with transport. No problem. We tailor our services to you – whatever your needs. Want to know more? Contact us, and one of our staff members will be happy to help.

No Interest Loans

We support low-income earners by providing small loans with absolutely no interest, fees, charges or penalties. We also teach our clients budgeting skills and financial literacy to empower them to make informed financial decisions. Loans can be used for purchasing significant household items such as bedding, furniture, white goods, computer equipment, medical and dental costs, green slips and car repairs. Loans are available to people who: - Are on a low income - Are receiving income support from Centrelink - Hold a Centrelink concession card - Have lived in their current accommodation/residence for at least six months - Have a willingness and capacity to repay a loan. Click here to apply for a NILS loan.

Current BaptistCare Community Housing tenants can access information relating to frequently asked questions via the Tenant Information Handbook.

This document includes information on rent policies, maintenance policies, and other important details for current tenants to know and utilise and to help new tenants settle into their BaptistCare Community Housing property.
