Chair and CEO Report
Welcome to BaptistCare’s 2025 Annual Report – our first as a national organisation, following our merger with BaptistCare (NSW, ACT, WA), Baptcare (VIC, TAS, SA) and Baptist Care SA in March 2025.
Together, we continue providing the wide range of services our communities know and trust – from residential aged care and home care, to retirement living, community housing, youth and family services, mental health and disability support, chaplaincy and more.
United in purpose, we are stronger than ever, empowering all we serve to live with hope, dignity and a fullness of life.
BaptistCare, together as one
In March 2025, we reached a defining moment in our history. BaptistCare (NSW, ACT, WA), Baptcare (VIC, TAS, SA), and Baptist Care SA came together as one unified organisation under the name BaptistCare.
This unification is about more than joining forces – it’s about amplifying our voice, strengthening our services, and deepening our impact at a time when Australians need it most. With increasing demand for aged care, housing, and community support, we are uniquely placed to provide sustainable solutions, champion advocacy, and ensure no individual or community is left behind.

Financial Summary
BaptistCare continues to maintain a strong and stable financial position, supported by healthy underlying performance across our core services. Over the past year, the positive impact of our merger and acquisitions has further strengthened our balance sheet, giving us greater scale and more diverse revenue streams to support the people and communities we serve.
