The brand reflects BaptistCare organisations coming together as one and is our consistent way of showing up for the communities we serve. A shared brand helps us work more closely together, strengthen service delivery, share expertise, and invest in quality and improvement for the future.

You will continue to receive the same support from the same teams, with the same focus on quality, safety and wellbeing.

Our national organisation name is BaptistCare, and over time you will see this reflected in how services and locations are described.
Importantly, some customer contracts or service agreements will continue to use the legal organisation name for your State where relevant, as these entities remain part of our national legal structure.
There is no impact to customer contracts, funding, agreements, or the services you receive.
