As a valued member of our volunteering team, we want to make sure you are cared for and looking after your own needs, so that you feel empowered to care for others.
Flourish is BaptistCare’s self-care program, available to all our staff and volunteers. It offers support through six different services, including counselling, chaplaincy, lifestyle (such as nutrition and discounted gym access), education, financial coaching, and legal support.

Our pastoral care volunteering team is an integral part of BaptistCare services, providing spiritual nourishment and support to those who need it most.
