Because palliative care isn’t just about the illness but about supporting residents and their families on the journey, we built our own unique model of care in our residential aged care homes. The BaptistCare Palliative Care approach is a family centred approach implemented with highly skilled care across three stages that we call the ABCs: Affirm, Balance & Comfort.
