Floral wonder at BaptistCare Carey Gardens

When Floriade was cancelled in Canberra this year due to restrictions from COVID-19, BaptistCare Carey Gardens decided to create their very own Floriade, much to the delight of residents and staff alike.

Heather “Nana” Gourlay is BaptistCare’s oldest resident, living at The Gracewood Centre in Kellyville. Born in April, 1914 Heather has gone by the name Nana for over 50 years and celebrates turning 107 years old this year.

Willandra residents receive COVID vaccinations

In late April, several residents from BaptistCare Willandra Village in Macquarie Park waited patiently in the RE Walker Hall to receive their COVID-19 vaccinations.

Moving Day at The Gracewood Community

The third and final stage of The Gracewood Community, located in Sydney’s west, has been finalised, with village residents moving in as the financial year ticked over on Thursday 2 July.
