BaptistCare has finalised the acquisition of The Grange Lifestyle Village in Wagga Wagga.
BaptistCare is delighted to announce it has finalised the acquisition of The Grange Lifestyle Village in Wagga Wagga. The village is now under the full ownership of BaptistCare, and is the second village BaptistCare owns and operates in the Riverina region, alongside Watermark Village.
The Grange Lifestyle Village is located in Lake Albert, Wagga Wagga and is on 20.5 hectares and has 159 independent living villas. The Grange Lifestyle Village is well-positioned to local amenities and the Wagga Wagga township.
BaptistCare CEO Charles Moore recently visited the grounds of The Grange and said he appreciated the atmosphere and sense of community, as well as the independent living style it affords residents.
“From what I’ve seen of the energy and atmosphere here in Wagga, we’re a great fit,” said Charles.
“For all of the wonderful amenities in this high-quality village, what we’re most enthusiastic about is the opportunity to share BaptistCare’s approach to care and retirement living with residents and their families.
“I warmly welcome residents and staff of The Grange to BaptistCare,” said Charles.
BaptistCare is committed and invested in the Wagga region, and we have been since 1979. In December 2021, work commenced on a multi-million dollar redevelopment of BaptistCare Caloola Centre Aged Care Home in Wagga.
The Grange is the second retirement village BaptistCare owns and operates in the Riverina region alongside BaptistCare Watermark Village in Church Street, Wagga. The Village complements our broader range of services in the area, including BaptistCare At Home and HopeStreet Wagga.
The Grange joins our other ten villages across NSW with Yarra Rossa, scheduled to be opened in mid-2022.
