BaptistCare at home has returned with a collection of some of the country’s most breathtaking vistas, as the 2025 home care calendar is launched for its third successful year.
The calendar, which features vibrant photographs taken by clients and staff alike, along with helpful tips for healthy ageing, celebrates BaptistCare at home’s broad and diverse community across New South Wales, the ACT, and Western Australia.
More than 120 images were submitted throughout 2024, with the community invited to share a photograph that meant something to them personally.

Hard-pressed to select just fourteen images for the final publication, the team finally landed on a beautiful collection that includes horses running at dawn, peaceful waterside scenes in the ACT, the iconic view of Sydney’s harbour bridge, and other striking Australian landscapes.
Many participants also shared a personal story alongside their photograph, explaining what the image represented for them.

Sarah Newman, BaptistCare’s General Manager of home care said, “The BaptistCare at home calendar is not only a practical and meaningful gift for our clients as the year comes to a close; it also serves as a reminder of the supportive community that we foster here at BaptistCare at home – where clients can feel a sense of belonging and connection while receiving the care they need to live well.”
Each page of the calendar also features a helpful tip for living well in later life – from ideas on staying active and connecting socially with the local community, to reminders about sun safety in the warmer months. These nuggets of guidance are grounded in BaptistCare at home’s Well-Living principles - Be Well, Think Well, and Connect Well – all of which focus on every aspect of a person’s wellbeing and reablement goals.

The calendar has now been distributed to all BaptistCare clients who hold an active Home Care Package (HCP), Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), or membership with BaptistCare at home social clubs, making the publication a distinctive and thoughtful Christmas gift from BaptistCare.
