Baptistcare is making COVID-19 testing even more accessible for its workforce by rolling out pop up DETECT clinics across several sites.

All employees are being encouraged to be tested for COVID-19 even though they are not showing symptoms.

CEO, Russell Bricknell, said the organisation is fully supportive of the WA Health Departments efforts to gain a better understanding of any asymptomatic cases in the community through the DETECT testing program.

“The testing is completely voluntary, but it is one of the simplest ways to understand if WA has undetected cases in our community which will ultimately protect our vulnerable residents, customers and employees,” he said.
