BaptistCare’s newest Retirement Living Community, coming soon to Red Hill in Canberra – BaptistCare Yarra Rossa.
Richard Crookes Constructions commenced site works in November 2019 at 51 Hicks Street, Red Hill for the development of the BaptistCare's Yarra Rossa.
On-site works are progressing well with construction of basement slabs and walls, lift structures, associated concrete and earthworks all but complete. The major ground floor slabs are now in progress and the structure will then progress to roof level.
On the Hicks Street end, the new bus lay by works are nearing completion and awaiting final authority approval and sign off. Once received, the bus lay by will be ready for use by St Bedes.
Please note that there are construction management plans in place to ensure that any impact of construction activities on the surrounding community is minimised.
