Updates For Families

Visiting requirements may vary between homes. BaptistCare makes decisions about mask wearing and Rapid Antigen Testing (RAT) based on information from NSW Health or ACT Health and infection levels in the local area. Further information from NSW Health and ACT Health can be found at NSW Health and ACT Health.

You can access information specific to your home below. If you would like general information on visiting a loved one, please click on the blue button below to see the Visitor Guidelines page.

Visitor Guidelines

Homes with Exposure/Outbreaks

As homes enter and are cleared from exposure or outbreak mode, visitation information is subject to change according to the advice of the local Public Health Unit.

Please check each of the homes listed below for any updates.

Homes with Open Visiting

BaptistCare does not limit the number of visitors who residents can see each day. This decision is based on advice from NSW Health and ACT Health which can be found on the NSW Health website and the ACT Health website.

Each home may need to change these visitor arrangements depending on the rate of community transmission in the local area or if the home has an infectious exposure or outbreak. We ask you to be patient if the home needs to temporarily close to visitors. Should this happen, it is at the instruction of the local Public Health Unit to prevent further transmission of infection. We will reopen the home to visitors as soon as it is safe to do so. Please check each of the homes listed below for new information.
