Keeping You Safe

BaptistCare has collaborated closely with NSW Health by monitoring the advice being issued, and implementing strategies that have been shown to minimise the risk of transmission of the Coronavirus. Our number one concern is for the health and safety of our clients and staff.

At the start of the pandemic in Australia, BaptistCare at home introduced a wide range of initiatives to prepare for potentially high levels of community infection. Thankfully the Australian situation has been far better than anticipated and we are confident that our efforts have well equipped our staff to face any situation in the future.

Recommencing Services

BaptistCare and our staff are taking the coronavirus situation very seriously and doing everything we can to make sure we can safely provide the needed support to all of our clients.

We do not want any older Australian to be feeling under-supported during this period. If you have placed your services on hold for any reason and would like to recommence any or all of these, please give your Care Facilitator a call.

If you need assistance with activities like shopping, learning how to use the internet, obtaining or learning to use a suitable online device such as a digital tablet, walking your pets, or other household activities, we are here to help.

Our staff have been trained to assist you while maintaining a safe distance and practicing strict infection control measures. They can even wear a mask while they are with you if that would help you feel more at ease.
