Employee Survey Results
The results of our annual Employee Survey were shared across the organisation in September 2019, with 65% of our 3655 employees participating in the feedback survey.
This year’s results showed that BaptistCare is continuing to improve as we strive to be an even greater place to work. For the third consecutive year, employee satisfaction has risen on the ‘Employee Net Promoter Score’.
The vast majority of employees across our organisation continue to share that they feel well suited to their jobs, find their work challenging and interesting, and feel inspired to give their best efforts.
The four most frequently used words used to describe working at BaptistCare were Challenging, Happy, Rewarding and Satisfied.
