Exciting developments for Maranoa Village
With the first stage of our new retirement village in Alstonville, located in northern NSW, filled in October 2019, this year also saw the construction of stage two, beginning in December 2019.
Fifteen new villas are underway in this second stage, with sales activity commencing in April 2020, following a slight delay due to restrictions from the COVID-19 pandemic. Further sales launch events were also held later in 2020.
Our new villas feature open plan living, attached garages and outdoor entertaining areas, as well as plenty of storage and natural lighting.
Despite many of the difficulties relating from the health crisis, we also saw our residents comforted by the community atmosphere they had established and enjoyed safely, particularly as restrictions were introduced.
The growing Maranoa Village forms part of our broader plans as we seek to respond to the increasing demand for retirement living and community housing in the Northern Rivers.
