BaptistCare NSW & ACT (BaptistCare) does not accept responsibility for any losses incurred by the attendee in attending or associated with attending the Halo Ball including but not limited to, transport and accommodation booked for the event. BaptistCare reserves the right to change any of the published event details without notice and have the final say on any matter relating to the event.
Cancellations and refunds can be arranged by writing to BaptistCare before Friday, 15 April 2022. No refunds will be issued after this date.
BaptistCare recognises in the current global health crisis, circumstances change on short notice, and offers the following alternatives to assist you should you need to return your tickets after Friday, 15 April 2022:
For Gold and Silver sponsorship packages, a tax receipt will be issued for the donation component of your sponsorship.
If you are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, please do not attend the Halo Ball. Due to the costs involved in organising the Halo Ball, BaptistCare is unable to refund your ticket price after Friday, 15 April 2022 even if you are unwell.
BaptistCare can allow for special consideration of your circumstances in regards to this policy. If this is the case, please email Melanie Hendra firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your circumstances.
Should BaptistCare choose to cancel the Halo Ball, or be required to cancel or postpone the Halo Ball due to changing government restrictions/state border closures related to the current global pandemic, all ticket holders will be offered a choice of either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer the ticket(s) to the new event date.
BaptistCare accepts no liability for additional costs incurred by attendees, including but not limited to, transport and accommodation costs, and recommends all attendees take out personal travel insurance for this purpose.
