Your comfort and safety at home are vitally important, so we will do whatever we can to help, from installing grab-rails to conducting bathroom and kitchen modifications.
From 1 November 2025, Support at Home changes will affect how you access approved equipment purchases and home modifications. However, these new classifications can be accessed in addition to your quarterly budget, meaning you won’t need to save from your existing funds to cover these items.

- Reachers, dressing aids, and adaptive utensils for daily living
- Falls detectors, personal alarms, and motion-activated lighting
- Smart home devices and automated switches for independence
- Medication reminders and dispensers for safety
- Hearing, vision, and communication aids for accessibility
