At BaptistCare, we support people living with dementia to remain at home, with care that recognises each person’s individuality, preferences, and what brings meaning and purpose to their life. Our approach is centred on maintaining independence wherever possible, with care that is personalised, flexible, compassionate, and responsive to changing needs.
If you or a loved one is living with dementia, we’re here to help with a range of specialist dementia care supports designed to suit life at home. We take the time to understand what matters most to you, providing support that adapts to your daily needs rather than following a rigid schedule.
Home Care with BaptistCare offers tailored support for people living with dementia and their family members and carers through individual assessment and practical support strategies.
With a team of dementia specialists, dementia trained care workers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and registered nurses, you can rest assured that you will receive the full spectrum of dementia care, at home.
We are committed to providing our service using a wellness and reablement approach. Wellness and reablement means we support our clients to remain as independent as possible.

If you need overnight care or a short stay, we also offer overnight respite through dedicated stay homes and selected places within our residential villages, giving you time to rest, recharge, or take a holiday.
The symptoms and experience of dementia can vary depending on the person, the type of dementia and the stage of cognitive decline.
