Your services will be delivered by a dedicated Care Facilitator and group of Care Workers, supported by a multi-disciplinary team of Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Dementia and Palliative care experts, other Allied Health professionals and an experienced local management team. BaptistCare’s size and experience enable us to provide, or easily access, the full range of services and supports that are eligible under a Home Care Package, from simple help around the home to highly complex clinical care needs.
