Robert served on the BaptistCare board for 10 years from 2005. He re-joined in November 2018, becoming the Chair in 2019. He also chairs Logosdor and The Mission to Seafarers, Sydney. Robert was formerly chair of Port Authority of New South Wales, held Executive and Board roles at Opportunity International, and before that at Patrick Corporation. He is a member of Castle Hill Baptist Church.
Cameron is a Non-Executive Director with Retail, Consulting and Technology experience, with over two decades experience in large scale technology based business transformation. He is currently Executive General Manager – Transformation, Technology and Digital at CSR, having previously worked at Woolworths and PwC. Cameron has been a board member since November 2016 and is a member of Dural Baptist Church.
Owen has worked in chartered accounting and banking, with over 25 years’ experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury, Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions and Regulatory Affairs in the financial services sector both in Australia and overseas. Currently he is involved in various small business investments, consulting and holds a number of non-executive director roles. He is a director/trustee of BCS Foundation, a director and past chair of Baptist Financial Services, and chair of Baptist Developments Australia. He has been a board member since June 2017 and is a member of Gordon Baptist Church.
Anna has board level experience spanning aged care, early childhood and not-for-profit sectors. She is a former CEO and current Senior Consultant, working alongside organisations to provide governance solutions and executive services. Anna is the Founder and Chair of Christian Early Learning, and she sits on the board of Erina Baptist Community Care. Anna joined the board in November 2018 and is a member of Erina Community Baptist Church.
Corinne is an experienced executive in the Insurance industry. A qualified actuary, she has held a number of senior roles across various companies, in actuarial, capital management, reinsurance and risk management fields. Corinne was a board member for 11 years, had a short break and re-joined the board in 2019. She is a member of Epping Baptist Church.
Peter has over 25 years’ experience in finance, management and governance. He has worked in a variety of sectors including aged care, tertiary education and superannuation. He serves on a number of boards, and provides consulting services to a range of industry and corporate superannuation funds. Peter joined the board in April 2016 and is a member of Blakehurst Baptist Church.
Clifford is Professor, Patient Safety and Clinical Quality at Macquarie University. He is the Immediate Past President of the International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua). He also was chair of the Board Accreditation Council for ISQua. Formerly a cardiothoracic surgeon he was Chief Executive of the NSW Clinical Excellence Commission for ten years and has published widely on cardiothoracic surgery, quality and safety. He has been a board member since October 2020, is the Chair of the Care & Clinical Governance Committee and a member of Gordon Baptist Church.
Joan is a practicising Occupational Therapist with extensive clinical, research, educational and business expertise with experience also in health management and quality improvement. She is the co-owner and Director of a clinical, research and educational business called The Institute of Driver Health, which provides services to people receiving aged-care services, NDIS clients and people with medical conditions. Joan is also an Honorary Lecturer at the University of Sydney where she continues to supervise higher degree research students. While only becoming a director of BaptistCare in April 2023, Joan has been a member of the Care & Clinical Governance Committee since 2017. She is a member of Ashfield Baptist Church.
Tim brings to the BaptistCare Board a multitude of skills, including commercial, financial and transactional, gained over 30 years from a variety of executive and board roles in Australia, USA and the UK. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide, is a Fellow of the Australian Society of CPAs, and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Tim loves Jesus and is forever grateful for His mercy and love.
Graham became the Chief Executive Officer of LHI Retirement Services in January 2018, having worked in senior executive roles in the aged care sector in South Australia, Queensland and most recently, New South Wales. With over 30 years of experience in the sector, Graham understands the importance of culture where residents, customers, employees and volunteers genuinely feel valued and appreciated, not necessarily for what they do, but who they are as unique and special individuals created by God. Graham has qualifications in urban planning and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Charles joined BaptistCare in 2020 as the CEO. He has significant experience in property, planning and development, having previously worked for Sydney Olympic Park Authority and Property NSW on largescale developments. Charles is married to Jane and together they have three daughters. He is a keen cyclist and spends early mornings and weekends on the road enjoying the company of other riders and the amazing national parks that surround Sydney.
Neville joined BaptistCare in 2018 and leads the Commercial, Strategy and Finance Team with overall responsibilities across Strategy, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Procurement, Insurance, Investments and Sustainability. He brings significant senior management experience having worked with listed, private equity and private international organisations across diverse industries. Neville is married with four children and the whole family are avid fans, foundation members and season ticket holders of the Western Sydney Wanderers.
Amanda joined Baptistcare WA in 2015 and has held a variety of roles including Chief Executive Officer WA and Chief Operating Officer WA. Since the merger with BaptistCare NSW & ACT, she leads the WA people and services in her role as Executive Director WA. Amanda has significant experience in aged care, banking and human resources, having previously worked for Bankwest and Commonwealth Bank in Australia, and HBOS in the United Kingdom. She is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a fellow of Leadership WA. Amanda is passionate about improving the quality of aged care, with a desire to enhance the wellbeing of residents and clients. Amanda is married to Paul and together they have two children. Her spare time is spent looking after her two Labrador fur babies and enjoying long walks along the beach.
Craig joined BaptistCare in 2019, bringing with him significant experience in risk management, corporate governance, compliance and audit gained from working in the aged care, financial services and local government sectors. Craig loves spending time with his large family of seven children, enjoying plenty of time outdoors whenever possible. Watching cricket at the SCG is a favourite escape!
David has a 25 year background in property development, consulting and construction. His responsibility at BaptistCare is to oversee development of new projects across the business as well as the ongoing asset management of existing facilities and villages. David is married with three teenage and adult children and enjoys beach holidays with the family and watching kids play sport on weekends.
Jenny has many years of experience in teaching, pastoral care and chaplaincy. She has been with BaptistCare since 2010. For the first five years, she worked as a chaplain in the Residential, Home Service and Housing and Retirement Living space before moving into management. Jenny is married to Graham, also a chaplain. They have four children and six grandchildren. Her down time is spent with friends or watching good movies.
Daniel oversees all technology operations, project delivery, innovation and compliance activities across BaptistCare. He has a diverse background in technology, previously working across retail, government, manufacturing and education. His spare time is spent with his wife and two children where he regularly imparts his love of sporting activities (especially basketball) and outdoor adventure.
Ben oversees the marketing, communications, public relations and Customer Engagement Centre for BaptistCare. Ben has worked in marketing for 15 years with extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector. He is a proud father of four children and a big fan of the Parramatta Eels and Liverpool Football Club.
Allan joined BaptistCare in 2019 after 20 years in senior roles in the aged care sector, covering residential aged care, retirement living, home care and social housing. Allan is married with three adult children, and enjoys travel. He’s a keen woodworker and an early adopter of new technologies.
Sarah's background is in learning and development and organisational psychology. Having managed people development for many years at BaptistCare, she brings a passion to see people thrive in all areas of their life. Left to her own devices, Sarah loves to cook, spend time with friends, play in the garden and enjoy her three sons and their expanding families.
Robyn joined BaptistCare in 2022. She brings with her over 10 years of experience in community services having worked in leadership positions for the Salvation Army, Be Slavery Free and the Land and Housing Authority. She is passionate about being an active contributor to social changes through her knowledge and expertise. Robyn enjoys spending time with her family, water-based activities, travel (when permitted) and turning up at the local comedy store for a laugh.
Liz joined BaptistCare in 2022. She has over 15 years experience leading People and Culture teams in sectors under constant change and pressure. Coming from Southern Cross Care, Liz has also worked with SummitCare, the CSL Group and Australian Geographic. She is passionate about finding new ways to evolve the employee experience and inspire performance and engagement of all parts of the team. Liz enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and travelling.
