Recognising and rewarding our people
In September 2019, 24 employees and 7 seven volunteers were awarded for their exemplary service and commitment to BaptistCare at the organisation’s annual You Can Awards dinner event.
With guests including the Board of Directors, our Executive team and Senior Leadership Group, awardees were treated to an evening of entertainment as we celebrated their outstanding achievement and contribution.
In the last financial year, over 3,200 awards were issued to staff and volunteers across BaptistCare, as our teams acknowledged each other’s hard work.
