“When recruiting for the Customer Engagement Consultant role, I thought it sounded really interesting. I was also drawn to the aspect of giving back to the community and helping people in a meaningful and genuine way.”
With a focus on the Perth metropolitan region, Georgia now works with local seniors looking to access support services that will allow them to remain living in their own homes as independently as possible.
Georgia also meets with people who are in need of permanent care and can guide them through residential care options, as well as touring them through Baptistcare Gracewood in Salter Point and Baptistcare David Buttfield Centre in Gwelup.
“I enjoy all the interesting people I meet along the way and their life stories,” Georgia said.
“Ensuring people feel heard and bringing a smile to their day is a very satisfying feeling. I also enjoy educating and empowering people by helping them through their home care or residential care journey and providing all the support I can.”
