BaptistCare Narralling Community is located in Sydney’s south-west, at Elderslie, close to public transport, shops, a major hospital and medical centres.
Our modern housing features 84 one-bedroom villas for seniors over 55, over 45 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and 38 two-bedroom townhouses for single-parent families.
The housing community provides much-needed social housing, as well as affordable housing for working seniors and single-parent families.
Featuring beautifully landscaped gardens, a BBQ area, community centre, veggie garden and playground for children, carport parking for every dwelling, BaptistCare Narralling Community is home to a thriving community of seniors and families.

Key criteria for senior applicants includes being over 55, or over 45 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, active in the workforce and on a low to moderate income.
Key criteria for single-parent applicants includes being active in the workforce, on a low to moderate income and with a maximum of two children (number and age limits apply to children).
