Our HopeStreet clinically-trained counsellors stand by our clients through times of family separation, divorce, adolescence, depression and anxiety, problem gambling, parenting, grief, domestic and family violence, sexual abuse and suicide. We connect with our clients at their most vulnerable, and hear some of their deepest and hardest truths.
Counselling can be the first step in coping better, thinking more clearly and feeling supported, despite the challenges life throws our way.
Counselling is offered at various HopeStreet sites face-to-face, or can be provided at all sites online, or via phone. Counsellor availability and options will be discussed during intake and assessment. Please call our team for an appointment: 1300 130 225.
Our counsellors are available Monday to Friday, including some evenings.
Our fees are based on a sliding scale to ensure that everyone has access to support. Payment plans are also available.
