Counselling and group programs can often be the first step in coping better, thinking more clearly and feeling supported, through life’s challenges.
Our clinically trained counsellors will stand by you and provide a safe environment where you’ll be treated with respect, dignity, and supported to thrive.
Alongside counselling, we offer relationship support programs and training in a range of specialised areas, including family separation, divorce, adolescence, depression, domestic violence, sexual abuse and suicide.
We offer counselling in a face-to-face setting across various HopeStreet locations, with online or phone counselling available across all sites.
Our whole of family approach supports women and children who have been impacted by domestic and family violence, as well as men who use controlling and violent behaviours in their relationships.
Our No Interest Loans Scheme (NILS) provides access to fair, safe and affordable credit to purchase essential goods and services up to a maximum value of $2,000.
Service providers can refer a community member by accessing and completing the HopeStreet CSH referral form and forwarding it to HopeStreet-Referral@baptistcare.org.au.
Referrals will be assessed to ensure there is no immediate safety concerns and incoming referrals will be contacted within two working days.
