1. You want to refer a friend.
If you are already with BaptistCare at home and enjoying your experience with us, you can refer your friend or family member, both you and your friend will receive the $250 gift card. Here’s how:
- Call us on 1300 275 227 and let us know the name and contact details of your friend, or alternatively fill out the form below.
- Once your friend has signed up with us, we will arrange the $250 gift card*.
2. Your friend referred you.
If you have a friend who is already with BaptistCare at home, who has told you about us, when you sign up let us know. Here’s how:
- You sign up with BaptistCare at home.
- At your sign up, let us know the name of your friend who is already with BaptistCare at home.
- Once your sign up is complete, we will make sure to arrange the $250 gift cards.*

Refresh Retreats
The Refresh Retreats program aims to equip carers with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to care for somebody living with dementia at home, whilst their loved ones receives quality care and a simultaneous program of engaging activities.
Set within a calming, peaceful environment, the retreat runs over three days and offers an opportunity for those experiencing life with dementia to take time out for respite and connection.
