Updates For Families
As of Wednesday, 1 May, BaptistCare will no longer place updates about individual homes in NSW, WA and the ACT on the website. Each home will continue to send information to family members and carers about the outbreak status of the home, including any RAT or PPE requirements. A letter was sent via SMS with further information about this decision. You can read that letter at the link below.
The Residential Manager and Care Team continue to be the best source of information regarding the health and wellbeing of your loved one. We encourage you to reach out to them if you have any questions or concerns about your loved one, or the outbreak status of the home.
