When it comes to residential aged care, we’re People First

At BaptistCare, we are committed to providing person-centred care that promotes independence, quality of life, and a sense of belonging. Our homes are strong and supportive communities, with caring, attentive staff who will welcome and support you as you settle in, and provide ongoing, tailored care to meet your individual needs and preferences.

We support people with dignity and respect, whether you are independent, have complex clinical needs or require dementia care, right through to end-of-life palliative care. Our dedicated team is here to partner with you and your family, providing a holistic approach to ensure that you are well cared for, feel safe, and are living well.

In our world, people come first.

At BaptistCare, we stand for, strive for, and every day seek to deliver care how it should be – with people at the centre. People First is more than just an approach, it’s our heartbeat, our DNA, and it’s been who we are since 1944.

Delivering continuity of care with Our MyTeam®approach

Putting people first means listening, and learning what matters to our residents. For many, this is having the same familiar faces provide personal care each day.

Our MyTeam® approach brings together residents, their families, and care workers in a partnership that ensures each person receives care from the same group of team members, every day that they are at work. It is this continuity of care that enables deeper connections, a better understanding of residents’ needs and preferences, and support for a meaningful life.
