The new Towner House has been beautifully renovated offering our clients some much-needed respite, friendly service and fresh light-filled rooms that can accommodate up to 5 people.
If you or your family member require overnight care respite in Wagga Wagga and broader Murrumbidgee Region, then Towner House has been designed with you in mind.
Operating 7 days a week, Towner House provides a warm and friendly home away from home, with a focus on programs and activities to stimulate physical movement, social contact and cognitive engagement. Clients can enjoy a day of tailored activities with other participants, time in the garden and home-made snacks and meals, all lovingly prepared by our friendly and enthusiastic staff.
Overnight Respite programs are a significantly important component of the overall aged care system. Not only do they provide vital social contact and stimulating activities for participants, these programs also offer carers the opportunity to have a break from their responsibilities and attend to other needed activities.
The new Towner House adds to the expanding range of services that BaptistCare provides within the region and we are proud to provide In-Home Care to almost 1,000 older people, enabling them to continue to live independently in their own homes.
