As well as supporting our Community with Retirement Living and Aged Care Homes, BaptistCare also offers you a range of Home Care Services.
You are invited to meet and greet with your Gracewood Community care team.
Join your local Gracewood residents and meet your new dedicated home care team, where you can learn more about how we can support you in the Gracewood Community, with support at home. From housekeeping to allied health services, nursing at home plus many more. Come and visit the team, receive your well living gift bag and enjoy nibbles and bbq, on us!

If you love living at home and would like some support to stay there, depending on your circumstances, we will assist you to access Government subsidies, or can organise for services to be funded privately.

- Dedicated Care Facilitator
- Dedicated care team for Gracewood residents
- Regular domestic assistance around your home
- Spring cleaning
- Personal care
- Social support
- Physio and Occupational Therapist
- Regular visits from our registered nurse to provide education as well as nursing services for Gracewood residents
