Even after the pilot ends on Thursday, September 12, you’ll retain full access to the app and can continue to enjoy its features indefinitely.
We’ll check in with you throughout the trial to find out how you are going with the app, and we’ll also reach out when it’s finished to gather your insights. Your feedback will be invaluable in improving the app for our wider customer base.
The app will be available to download from Wednesday, August 21. We’ll send you an SMS with a download link to the mobile number we have on file for you. Once you click on this link, you’ll be directed to either the App Store or Google Play Store, depending on which type of phone you have. Here’s what to do from there:
